Last week, with the behind the scenes blog post of my Office – I received a few people asking about the branded products that were briefly featured. Over the past six years, I feel like I’ve searched the globe to find the ‘perfect’ pieces to make my clients feel special. From pretty notecards to ribbon and twine, there are so many different options out there!
Today, I’m sharing a few of the different packaging materials that I use to bring the Natalie Franke Photography Experience to my clients and give them a presentation brings my brand to life! I hope this helps and I’m happy to answer any of your questions in the comment section below!

I want to start this post by saying that there are a lot of fantastic options for packaging out there! And depending on your business budget, the amount you’re able to spend may require you to be more DIY in certain categories or splurge a little in others! The most important thing to keep in mind is that your packaging is a tangible representation of your brand and it is often the final impression you leave with your clients.
After my couples receive their PASS Gallery with their high resolution image files, I put together a box with a handwritten note, USB with an additional copy of the image files (generally for archiving or to place in your fireproof safe), a very small gift, among other things – package it to perfection and send it their way! I don’t want the final capstone of the client experience to be impersonal or online… I want them to feel loved + spoiled when they open their mailbox and see something beautiful inside!

I absolutely love custom stamps. When I first started, using stamps were an easy way to inexpensively turn everyday products into beautifully branded pieces. I use my stamps on muslin bags for prints, on notecards, occasionally on boxes and labels. And I order all of my stamps from RubberStamps.net – Easy + perfect for those on a budget!
I hope today’s post helped! There are quite a few specialty places that I reach out to for holiday gifts and other goodies – but this gives a really good overview of the standard products I use to craft my client boxes! If you have any questions, just let me know in the comment section below! And just a reminder that as a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program all purchases made from the links above help to fund the free Educational Content that I share on Tech-Talk Tuesdays!
