Over the past few years, I’ve been continuing to build an even better experience for my clients and among my goals for the new year – I made it a priority to finally create a Booking Packet to welcome new couples into the Natalie Franke Photography family! When I shared my Packaging & Branded Product for Photographers two weeks ago, the response was amazing and I loved sharing a behind the scenes glimpse of the vendors that help me to run my business.
Well… My Welcome Packets + Wedding Magazines are FINALLY here and these little boxes will be making their way into my 2015 Brides’ Mailboxes in the coming days! Couples that are planning to book for next year… Here is a tiny sneak peek of what you have to look forward too! Yay!

My Favorite Welcome Magazine Templates >>Â
Because I’m a fan of personal packaging and a pretty presentation, each of my Wedding Magazines will be sent with a handwritten note and other small treats! I’m so excited for my brides to receive these boxes in the mail shortly after booking and join an extraordinary group of engaged couples in the NFP Family!

For Photographers: Â If you’re working to put together your own Welcome Packet – I highly recommend checking out some of the resources below! I hope that sharing this information helps you as you create your own client experience! If you’re struggling with design, I really love the Design Aglow Templates (like the one I used for my Welcome Magazine) – – They helped me to get off the ground and start the process of creating something incredible! Â And if you’re struggling in your business to make things happen – let me know! I’m here to help!
Some of the Information I Included in the Magazine: A “Best in the Business” Preferred Vendor List, Engagement Session Tips, Perfecting the Art of Family Formals, Bridal Details, First Look vs. Traditional Reveal, From Shoot to Share Timeline, an Inspiration Spotlight (with my favorite wedding blogs), Stress-Free Tips, and more!

Where do you buy the fuzzy stuff to fill the box with? Or, what is it called? I currently have a welcome packet that’s with a pocketed envelope from Paper Presentation, but I recently started thinking about switching to a box to make it feel more like a package/gift.
Thanks for sharing!
