Shane & Julie’s Anniversary Session | The Murphy Atlas
On our last day in New Zealand, we met these sweethearts for an Anniversary Session in Queenstown! I’m still trying to wrap my mind around the insanity of this shoot! You see, when we met in the morning, it was pouring down rain. So rather than deciding to forgo the session altogether, we shared stories in a cozy Starbucks and ran outside once we caught a break in the rain! Half an hour into the shoot and the rain returned… pouring down all around us. Most couples would have run for cover, but not these two. Instead, we embraced the weather and captured some of my favorite images to date!
Shane and Julie might be two of the sweetest souls I’ve ever met. They share this incredible love for the Lord and one another. In everything that they do, they seek ways to experience this beautiful life fully… and that includes traveling the world together for six months! Oh my gosh these are absolutely breathtaking! What a photogenic and clearly happily in love couple. And good for them for continuing in the rain! Just shows what you can make out of unfortunate circumstances
