I am thrilled to announce that this summer I’ll be hosting a worshop with fellow Annapolis wedding photographer Krista A. Jones at the Historic Kent Manor Inn in Stevesville, Maryland.
This workshop is designed for wedding photographers who are looking to hone their craft, create a solid workflow, improve their brand presence + learn tips for getting published and working with editors. By combining lectures with hands-on learning, attendees will gain insight that they can implement directly from the workshop into their next shoot or wedding.
Get ready for a full day! We’ll be teaching about branding, reaching your target client, search engine optimization (SEO), workflow, social media management, tips for blogging, advice for getting published + working with editors (taught by Baltimore Bride Magazine’s finest: Janelle Diamond and Staci Lanham), posing, working in different lighting situations and developing an incredible client experience.
In the early evening, attendees will experience + photograph an inspired shoot, styled by The Glitter Guide’s Editorial Director – Caitlin Moran! The shoot is designed to demonstrate how to work directly with couples, capture details for publication, and handle various lighting situations. Attendees are encouraged to shoot their own photographs for portfolio use and build relationships with all of the vendors involved!
