On Sunday, I met Sam + Kyle at Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis for their engagement session at 2pm in the afternoon! Although we normally aim for sunset to capture gorgeous evening light, impending thunderstorms pushed us earlier in the day and was the perfect excuse to flex my creative muscles in capturing that same soft light in mid-day sun. And oh boy, did we find some gorgeous locations around town, ending moments before the clouds rolled into the harbor!
Sam + Kyle met during their freshman year of college at Towson University in the fall of 2008. The pair bonded over their love for “Remember the Titans,” Disney, family, and football. Now living in Orlando, they love spending weekends at the theme parks and Kyle even proposed on a firework boat cruise during the “Wishes” show at Magic Kingdom.
