Last week, I met James and Jamie along the National Mall in Washington DC for their engagement session! We started their session at the National Archives before zipping down the mall to the Tidal Basin and trees along the Potomac.
Jamie and James met at a cocktail lounge in DC in 2014 and there was an instant connection. Seventeen months and one dog later, they got engaged to the delight of their family and friends! I had such an amazing time with these two and I can’t wait for their wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club! It’s going to be spectacular!
So, I’m a little jealous that you found blossoms. Because when I went to DC, to run in the Cherry Blossom 10 miler, I didn’t see a single decent blossom!
I’m glad you did though, because this session is stunning!!

The National Archives is a fantastic spot to work in some amazing architecture (without the crazy permit fees of the tourist spots!)
