On Saturday, I traveled over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to a family estate outside of St. Michaels for Deanna and Matt’s Wedding! The forecast called for an entire day of rain and storms, but we were so fortunate to find little pockets of time where we photograph outside or under cover! I absolutely loved working with Lee and the team at Clickspark again (we secretly wish we could work alongside them at every wedding we shoot) as we documented one truly extraordinary wedding!
Deanna and Matt have been together for seven years of deployments, training, job relocations, and so much more! These sweethearts met at the end of their freshmen year in college when Matt was attending the Naval Academy and from the very first moment of their friendship, it was clear that they had met their perfect match! Deanna & Matt’s story is a true testament of the power of love to overcome any and all obstacles that dare to stand in its way.

This is gorgeous! I love all of the portraits and you can tell you were working around the rain, but it gave such awesome variety! Everything is seriously stunning. I love how it tells their unique story. I can’t wait to see what Lee and the team comes up with!
