This past weekend, I had the incredible honor of photographing not one but two incredible weddings in Easton and Annapolis! And, as you can imagine, I’m taking today to rest my feet and gear up for another fun adventure this week in Nantucket to celebrate my sweet friend Mary Marantz’s birthday and photograph on the coast! I’ve never been to this amazing nautical island, but I’ve been dreaming of a trip for years!
Tomorrow, we’ll be hopping on a little jet bound for Boston and then on Wednesday morning we will be taking the ferry ride over! I’m so excited for a break from the chaos and a chance to spend time with Huey, photograph friends, and visit a new destination! Then once we return from Nantucket, I’ll be hopping on another plane a few days later to photograph some special projects for Alexandra of Heart Love Always down in Captiva Island, Florida! Get ready for some amazing coastal images on the blog next week, but until then – lets recap the weekend and share a glimpse of what’s to come!
I’ve known Lauren since our sorority days together at UPenn and I love this girl more than words can say! Photographing her in my hometown was such a dream and I can’t wait to make the trip out to West Point next year to capture the moment when she marries her best friend! Aren’t they adorable together? Ah!
Every time I visit Easton, Maryland – I find myself falling more and more in love with this classy Eastern Shore town! On Saturday, I had the honor of photographing Kara + Andrew’s Wedding and it was truly incredible! Gorgeous details, a stunning bride, and a very handsome groom! Get ready to see more on the blog tomorrow!
On Sunday, I had the incredible privilege of documenting a wedding at the United States Naval Academy Temple for a truly extraordinary couple! You may remember these two from their Navy Engagement Session on the yard last year and I can promise you that their wedding is going to take your breath away!
We are in the heart of Wedding Season and my inbox is a little on the overwhelming side (which is a crazy good thing!), but with my upcoming work trips (Boston, Nantucket, Captiva Island, NYC, + New Hampshire by the end of June) and my two year wedding Anniversary – I may be slightly less responsive for the next few weeks than is normally expected! I will be updating my auto-responder to keep everyone notified of when my ‘out of the office’ dates are and when replies can be expected!
