Last week, I drove to Washington, DC to photograph Julie & Jason’s Engagement Pictures! These two met through their shared love for triathlons and it is this competitive spirit (and their shared zest for life!) that makes them an absolutely perfect pair!
On this warm summer evening, we met on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, walked around the Mall, until finally reaching the water at sunset! As the light dipped low on the horizon, I couldn’t believe how golden it was through the branches of the trees! Radiant and overwhelming in the best possible way… We ended their shoot with some of my favorite ‘golden hour’ portraits to date! And you’re about to see why!
Enjoy a little glimpse of their session & get excited to see more from their wedding at the end of July!
