Kim & Andrew | Rehoboth Beach Engagement Photos

On Labor Day, I met Kim & Andrew at the very far end of the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk across from Silver Lake for their Engagement Pictures! We started the shoot by making our way to the beach through the dunes when I stepped barefooted on a giant patch of burrs. Oh my goodness. Lets just say that it was not pretty pulling each of those suckers out of my foot, one by one, but we did and went on to photograph one of the most dreamy sunsets that I’ve ever seen!

Kim and Andrew are two incredibly sweet people! We share a love for dogs (and dog rescues!), a similar taste in shoes (Sperry Topsiders & Jack Rogers for the win!), and photographing their session felt like spending an afternoon with close friends. It’s their kindness and love for life that brings joy to everyone around them! Even their dog Caesar radiates happiness! Throughout the entire shoot, I kept feeling like I had captured my “favorite” image… but when we headed to a secret little spot on the Bayside for sunset – the soft glowing light took my breath away!
