Monday Musings | Gratitude

I am so very grateful. Looking back on the past few weeks of my life, I truly cannot believe the overwhelming support and love that we have received on our wedding day. I am overwhelmed with gratitude towards all of the Wedding Vendors, friends, and family members who worked tirelessly to make our special day a reality!

Today’s Monday Musings post is dedicated to all of them. We couldn’t have done it without you!

To Huey’s Parents: Thank you for offering up your home as the venue for our  wedding and truly hosting one of the most beautiful events that I’ve ever been a part of. I love you both so much and I’m so happy to officially be part of the family!

To Our Families & Friends: Thank you for helping to nurture our relationship over the past seven years. Thank you for spending hours, days, and weeks, helping us to prepare for the big day! Thank you for playing a part in our wedding day and thank you for supporting us in the years that are to come! We love you more than words will ever adequately express!

To Krista and Sara, my Bayside Besties: Thank you for helping me to craft and DIY every little aspect of the day! I would have been lost without you and your Martha Stewart-like abilities always astound me! Thank you Krista for designing our Save the Dates, Invitations, Programs, Menus, and Escort Cards. Thank you Sara for hand painting all of the table numbers and for spending hours glittering details with me, painting votives, and adding a little sparkle to the world!

Charlotte Jarrett: Thank you for helping me navigate the waters of wedding planning! Thank you for listening to my crazy ideas and for handling everything the day of our wedding! I loved getting to enjoy just “being the bride” and knowing that everything was going to be handled with your expertise and guidance!

And an extra thank you to all of our friends and family members that celebrated with us from afar! I woke up the morning of my wedding to a video message from Liz and Ryan (who were in Rehobeth shooting a wedding of their own!) and numerous texts, tweets, messages, and emails! Huey and I have felt so incredibly loved over these past few weeks… And we will always remember your support!
