Rebecca is far from your average high school senior… When most students are waking up for classes around 7am, she has been up since 4am and is already finishing her morning crew practice along the Severn River. As the coxswain, she has dedicated her entire heart to the sport of rowing and is responsible for the steady journey of each vessel she guides along the water! Next year, Rebecca will continue pursuing her passion on the rowing team at Washington State University!
I’m constantly impressed by my seniors and Rebecca is no exception. She’s brilliant, passionate about rowing, loved by her two amazing sisters (who I’ve known since my very own years on the crew team), and she has a smile that will literally light up any room! With such a bright future ahead of her, I can’t wait to see how many things this bright young lady will accomplish!
