One year from today, I will be slipping into a little white dress surrounded by my friends and family. With tears in my eyes, I will walk into the arms of my soulmate and whisper those two little words, “I do.” – There will be smiles and laughter as we walk back down the aisle, arm in arm, and we will float happily into our first day of forever.

I can’t wait to see what this next year brings and there is no doubt that it will fly past in the blink of an eye. Amidst all of the wedding planning, hard work, and travel that stand between me and May 25th 2013 – I am excited to say that my exploration of film photography will be one of those many changes. I’ll talk more about that soon, but for now – I leave you with a single image from my first roll of medium format film.

SUCH pretty colors! I’ve been trying to choose my favorite film stock so I’m not waffling between different brands and I think I’ve finally settled on Fuji400H. It’s just so gorgeous! This image is beautiful!
